Schedule:
- Tuesday: Speed Session 7 PM
- Thursday: 7 Miles Steady 7 PM
- Sunday: Long Run 8 AM

Annual Membership Fee:
- £28 for new members.
- £17 for “second claim members” (if registered with another England Athletics club).
- Membership year runs from April 1st to March 31st.
