Crew Rules
- Not a Running Club: RDC is a family committed to building a supportive community. If you're focused only on personal PBs, we’re not for you.
- Leave Your Ego at Home: Speed is not the focus. We’re a crew, not a club, and we look out for each other.
- Introduce Yourself: Safety first. Introduce yourself to your group. A friendly face can make all the difference.
- Group Etiquette: Respect the pacers. Let them know if you change groups during the run.
- Music: No MP3 players or headphones for safety and social reasons.
